How is guildwars on 56k?
i was just wondering if it ran good on 56k ?

I've heard that it is slightly slower. Updates are many megs and 56k might have trouble handling it.

Runs fine for me as long as I'm not trying to do anything else at the same time. Get stuck or thrown about a bit if there are other things going on.

well i play World Of Warcraft right now and it runs really well on 56k i was just wondering if it will be the same or alot worse ?

The download times won't be so bad when you have the game CD since it has most of the content on it.
As to RP vs PvP. RP is the way to go. You get to actually play the game that way, rather than just doing PvP. RP characters can do everything, PvP characters can only do PvP. Also, playing RP unlocks skills and items that you can use in creating a PvP character later on. |

I don't remember if I got an email when I created my account for the BWE. I don't have my copy of the game yet, so I haven't put in a retail CD-Key yet and so I don't know what happens when you do that.
